My name is Sergey Kim, an entrepreneur with 16 years of experience. I have been managing the international group of companies TIKSAN GROUP for 13 years
We in the company adhere to the rule that building a successful business is akin to creating a strong and friendly family. If a person was able to cope with creating a family, guided by the principles of mutual respect, mutual assistance and strengthening the positive qualities of each other, then by transferring these same rules and principles into the process of creating and developing a company, and scaling them, he will also achieve success.
At the beginning of our journey, we were actually a family company. And as we grew, we tried to instill the principles that helped us in the initial stages of the company’s development throughout the holding. To say that we are a family company is no longer entirely correct. But We continue and will continue to preserve these same family values, follow their principles, now as an international company. This emphasis on basic family values in the development of projects and building business relationships, supporting each other helped to cope with the difficult period of formation.
