International Association of SIP Building Technologies Evaluates the Work of FCC "Small Floors"

The SIP Panel Association is a union of 100 companies involved in SIP technology: construction, manufacturing, material supply, and design. At the end of May, members of the association and its president, Sergey Tsygamenko, conducted a tour of cities and visited Krasnoyarsk to share experiences with companies working with frame house construction technology. Maxim Shulgin, Executive Director of FCC "Small Floors," held a meeting with the president and representatives.

The delegation visited the office of FCC "Small Floors." 

Maxim Shulgin gave a tour of the offices of all divisions of the international group of companies TIKSAN GROUP and showcased the showroom – a sample of ready-made houses by the federal construction company. Later, a meeting was held between the association and Sergey Kim, CEO of TIKSAN GROUP.

Sergey Kim discussed the current state of the individual housing construction (IHC) market in the regions of Russia with the president of the association. He shared work directions, design technologies, pricing, and sales strategies. New partner innovations and their practical applications, which will improve construction quality and reduce the final cost of projects, were also reviewed.

The president and members of the Association highly praised the level of work of our company. We received confirmation that we are ahead of most companies in the IHC market. Additionally, the delegation visited the production facilities of the company "TECHNONICOL." Partners awarded FCC "Small Floors" an official partner certificate, confirming the quality of the materials we use and demonstrating a responsible approach to work.
