The founder of the international group of companies TIKSAN GROUP Sergey Kim and the head of the Business Academy Nikita Blednov held a three-day business workshop for entrepreneurs.

This is a kind of test drive for students, demonstrating to entrepreneurs what opportunities mentors can give them and determine their future trajectory of study at the Business Academy.

Its participants included 30 business owners from regions of Russia, as well as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia.

Among them are those who already have initial experience in running their own business, and those who are just planning to open their own business. There were also those who were just deciding to leave the workforce and become an entrepreneur. And they had a question for Sergei Kim, how he understood at the initial stage that he had chosen the right direction and niche.

According to statistics, 90% of companies in Russia close in the first three years. Approximately 20% of entrepreneurs have been on the register for no more than six months. “The problem most often is not that small businesses lack money,” says Sergei Kim, “but that they lack knowledge. And the TIKSAN GROUP Business Academy is giving birth to a new ecosystem of entrepreneurship, where experience is gained not from mistakes, but from knowledge.”
