On July 22, another Saturday excursion to one of our popular construction projects 10-03K in the “Chalet” style with a total area of 124.06 m² took place in Krasnoyarsk. This house has an impressive kitchen-living room of 43.01 m², three full bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge terrace of 20.13 m². All visitors were imbued with the atmosphere of living outside the city and were left with a pleasant impression. In addition, guests noted the cleanliness of the construction site and our approach to clients. In total, 9 people (7 clients) attended the excursion.
We managed to film a positive video review from one of the guests who came “just to look” and left with the firm intention of finding a plot of land and starting construction as soon as possible. Here are his impressions: “In fact, we came here just to look. We are thinking about moving into our own home. I am a design engineer by training and was skeptical about the technology of SIP panels, but when we arrived at the site, some kind of aura arose: when you look at everything, how it is organized and done here, doubts disappear. All questions were answered in as much detail as possible, and I no longer had any doubts. The only thing that I have now is the desire to quickly find the plot of land that suits us, and start construction as soon as possible, because both the technology and the layout are great.” Next, Stanislav suggested walking further around the house: “Look at the panoramic windows here, access to the terrace, everything is super beautiful. The walls and layout can be customized to suit you without disturbing the design as a whole. And all this for the price of a city apartment. But this is a country house, where there are no neighbors above or below, where everything depends only on you, where you can receive friends at any time. In general, my emotions are at the top, now there is a clear plan and a clear understanding of what and why we will do, and I think that in the near future we will begin not just to say hello as acquaintances, but to become close friends in the format of cooperation, because that I want to get my hands on such a house as soon as possible!”
