He joined the company in 2022 in the month of August. Immediately to a senior position - the head of the IT department. The main goal was to create an IT department from scratch. Now my position is called the head of the IT department, and we have 12 people working in the team. The project development group consists of a Lead developer (team leader), three fullstack developers of different qualifications, one frontend developer, a project manager, a UX/UI designer and an Seo specialist. We also have an administration department in our team, which includes a deputy for system administration, a specialist and a leading administration specialist.
The modern world dictates conditions, any company that sets ambitious goals for itself must be at the forefront of technology. The market dictates the conditions in which information technology is the main competitive advantage and our task is to provide this advantage.
As you have already understood, the IT department solves a huge pool of tasks. This is ensuring fault tolerance of all systems, servers and services, telephony, messengers, CRM, BI and ERP systems. We also close all software, website, and application development tasks and support, update, and integrate them. A large cluster of tasks is associated with working with scoring models and neural networks. The initiators are our business lines in the group of companies, of which there are currently more than 10.
