On June 17, 2022, I started my career as the head of an educational project. The interview process has stretched since April and included 4-5 stages. I came with the intention of developing a new direction, despite my lack of experience in this field. The first six months were a time of experimentation and deep study, where I absorbed knowledge from colleagues and overcame uncertainty. However, we soon began to act and during the year we gained significant experience in the information business, having completed many trainings and attended about 10 conferences. This gave an impetus to the launch of the club. In two years at the company, I have grown to CEO and co-founder of the A+ club. We were able to launch two new projects: "Leader Code" and "A+ Sports", rejoicing at the progress and new achievements.
