My journey to Tiksan Group began in May 2021, when I joined the company as an HR specialist. Choosing a profession has become a matter of life for me, and although at some point I was thrown off course by various circumstances, I always knew that this was what I wanted to do. 

When I joined Tiksan, I didn't know much about the company, but from the first days I was overcome by a sense of belonging and love for the team atmosphere. I realized that not only professionalism is appreciated here, but also human qualities. This experience was an important step towards professional growth for me, and thanks to my love for work and attention to people, I managed to gain the trust of my team and become the person you can always rely on.

In May 2023, I was promoted and now I am a leading HR specialist.
