I thought I'd work temporarily for about a year and find another job. But somehow everything turned around for a long 12 years. I joined the company back in 2012, when TIKSAN GROUP was still a small organization with a small number of people and one direction — floor heating. Of the 15 people in the interview, which took place in several stages, I was accepted as a manager in the development department. My key task was to find partners in warm floors. As the company has grown over the years, so have the employees who work here gone through this development process. Now I am an experienced specialist, a leading manager of the support department for warm floors. I am engaged in the development of the company's partners, helping them successfully carry out activities in this area and is in the top in heating in their regions. For me, this company is already more than a job. This is my family!
